Mediation is method of resolving conflict between people. A mediator will meet with you and the person that you have conflict with – to help you listen to each other, look at your options, and help you to choose the best path for moving forward. The mediator will not choose sides, but will value both people's interests. You remain in control of the outcome throughout the process. This process is confidential.

Contact us to give us a brief description of your situation and what you would like to address in mediation. If you think mediation is right for you, then you and the other person can sign an agreement to mediate and make an appointment with the mediator. In some instances, the mediator may meet with each person individually.

Mediation is generally a cost effective way of resolving conflict. It may also save you time, energy, and emotional and physical health. The fees for 2024 are €45 for individual, 50 minute sessions and €85 for joint 1h 45m sessions.

We offer personal, community, workplace and family mediation. We also facilitate farm progression, succession and inheritance planning.
